2024 Toyota Tacoma: The Ultimate Adventure Machine Beckons Off-Road Enthusiasts

Toyota has introduced the all-new 2024 Tacoma, a complete redesign of the midsize pickup that’s held the championship belt for nearly two decades. This iteration is not just an improvement, but a complete reimagining, strategically engineered with the thrill of off-road escapades and the embodiment of Toyota's legendary reliability, quality, and durability.

Leveraging the TNGA-F global truck platform shared with Tundra and Sequoia, the Tacoma is designed, engineered, and assembled for North America. Its new high-strength boxed, steel-ladder frame, multi-link coil rear suspension, and two potent turbocharged four-cylinder powertrains reflect Toyota's commitment to enhancing both ride and handling, while also ensuring robust power for all types of terrain. The i-FORCE MAX hybrid engine, a truly grand leap in power, delivers a mind-boggling 326 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque.

“The Tacoma's off-road prowess, combined with its reliability, durability, and array of options, make it the ideal choice for mid-size pickup buyers," asserts Toyota group vice president and general manager Dave Christ.

The redesigned 2024 Tacoma is expected to hit the market later this year, with the i-FORCE MAX models following in early 2024. Pricing details will be disclosed closer to the launch date.
