I put in an order for a RAV4 2 years ago. The car has finally arrived. My salesperson named Levi was very professional. He kept in touch with me during the waiting period. When the car arrived, unlike other dealerships that rushed you into taking delivery immediately, he suggested I take a test drive first to make sure I liked the car. The service from the whole team was superb! From Billy, the business manager, to the store manager, everyone was friendly and helpful! I have had very bad experiences with some other Toyota dealerships in the Greater Vancouver area. Some demanded that I must trade in a car within 5 years old before they will sell me a new car. Others demanded that I would have to buy extra packages and/or extended warranty or they would not sell me the car. At Regency Toyota Vancouver on Kingsway, there is no nonsense like this. I strongly recommend this dealership and Levi.
