By far the best experience I've had at a dealership to date. I reached out to most of the Toyota dealers in BC, but after a short visit to Regency, it was clear that this was where I wanted to do business.

During our visit, every member of staff we encountered was very helpful and polite, but there was never any pressure or nonsense. After speaking with Kam who I had previously spoken with via e-mail, I was placed in the care of Fred, who went above and beyond in helping me find the Rav4 that I was looking to get my parents into. I really appreciated how honest and relaxed everybody was.

I can't say enough kind things about Fred, and the extensive measures he took to make sure we were happy, and taken care of. Consider my faith in "the dealership experience" restored. Once our order was placed, I received welcome regular updates and communication from Fred, until it was time to pick up our 2020 Rav4 Hybrid.

Our Rav4 arrived several weeks early, and someone clearly put a lot of work into detailing and prepping it for delivery. The staff at Regency really took it upon themselves to ensure the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Sean was very helpful in ensuring we were familiar with the vehicle and it's features.

Thank you to Kam and Sean in sales, Nisha in Finance, Anna from insurance, the wonderful staff upfront who's names I did not catch, whoever detailed the vehicle and everyone else involved in the process. And a sincere thank you to Fred Wu. You're a legend sir. I can honestly say I haven't received that level of treatment from a dealership before. He's a truly great guy, and I'd gladly recommend him and the folks at Regency.
