What a great experience! Everyone was so patient, kind, and helpful. We worked with Ivan, and he was stellar!! So personable and helpful! It really felt like he had our best interests at heart and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and schedules. Really appreciated the warm and welcoming team. Buying a car is not always a fun process, but I was pleasantly surprised by how honest and helpful the team at Regency was. It felt like they cared about us and not just the sale, and they helped us find something that worked for our budget and needs! 10/10 would recommend.
