We live in from Alaska and purchased a 2022 Toyota Prius Prime from Regency Toyota in Vancouver, BC. Mehrad Akbari was our salesman, and we are so grateful he picked up the phone when we called. We told him what we were looking for, and he called us back within 10 minutes with a vehicle. We signed the Purchase Agreement, sent the funds, and then flew down to pick up the vehicle. Mehrad picked us up at the airport, gave us a detailed walk-through of the vehicle and answered our questions before we went on our way. He is a huge asset to the Toyota team. He is professional, personable, absolutely reliable, and was quick to respond to my questions. We chose Regency due to their positive online reviews, and I can see why. I will be adding another positive response due to Mehrad’s diligence and responsiveness. Our satisfaction is high.
