I rate Regency Toyota #1....without a doubt!

I went into buying this car with some trepidation. It's a big (huge) deal, and I had a lot of anxiety. My salesman, Sejah Roulleau was so helpful. A very easy-going friendly guy and not pushy at all. He was able to answer all my questions and kept in touch through the whole (several weeks) process. The Sales Manager, Fred Wu was fantastic. I had some concerns and he put me at ease. Both with the information he gave me and his manner. Billy Tse, the Financial Services Manager was absolutely the best! Give that guy a raise. He was so calm and cool. So friendly and so funny. He understood my reservations, and was so patient as he explained the process. From the beginning to the point where I picked up my car, these guys made it easy. They answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and seemed very genuine in wanting me to have the best possible experience. They were all very friendly, approachable, and still very professional. While I have been a loyal Toyota customer for some time, I can't say I've experienced the same treatment at the same at other Toyota dealerships. I rate Regency Toyota #1....without a doubt! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or sell, a car. I just want to add that the 'store' itself is very pleasant. While not as large and fancy as some, it was very clean and bright. And has great coffee.
