I had a great experience with Fred Wu (assistant sales manager) who very professionally and courteously dealt with me, my trade-in (lease buy-out) and purchase of my 2021 Highlander. Fred was able to offer me great value for my trade-in, and his team members Nisha and Levi were outstanding, friendly and thorough with all my questions and the transaction. There were even a few individual nuances pertaining to my purchase and sale which Fred and his team handled very smoothly and with a smile, and Susan was gracious enough to permit me to purchase this demo vehicle. Thank you Fred, Nisha, Levi and Susan for a great experience at Toyota Regency, which was the first for me and my family! Highly recommend this team for your vehicle needs!
