During the entire process, from our first talks with Peggy Wu about ordering our Rav4, through delivery, documentation, insurance and familiarization with the new-to-us hybrid system, everyone on the team gave us their full attention and all the details were handled professionally and efficiently.
We were pleasantly surprised at the fair price offered for our trade-in vehicle. We recognize that some dealers tend to lowball, but that did not happen in this case. Jamie Ho was extremely efficient in sorting out a somewhat complex final transaction. We brought a certified cheque from the bank for the full sale price, not knowing how much we'd get for the trade-in. A refund cheque was arranged and delivered to us within 24 hours through the efforts of Jamie and Peggy which was much appreciated by out-of-town customers.
