WOW! I offer absolutely rave reviews to the team at Regency Toyota for the exceptional service and I experience I received in this past summer when purchasing my first new vehicle. Shopping for a vehicle was something I really dreaded and resisted for the past few years. When the time finally came to replace my beloved 2003 Honda CRV, I exhausted the possibilities of replacing it with a gently used vehicle. I reluctantly made my way to Regency Toyota to skeptically explore what was available for new vehicles and fortunately met Kiah. Kiah is amazing! Kiah is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, warm and spacious in her support to offer possibilities tailored to my needs without any pressure. It was relieving & delightful to meet someone who is genuinely interested in pairing my needs / wants for a vehicle with a best fit product. Her communication is transparent and she patiently answered all my questions. I was impressed also by Billy from the Financial team and the site manager / customer experience person (2 different people, names forgotten - please excuse me) - all of these folks were professional, warm + efficiently followed up with me separately after my experiences to ensure that my expectations were met. This team really dedicates their attention to the big and small details that make a big purchase a smooth as possible epic adventure & celebrate it accordingly. I'm so appreciative and recommend them highly!
