We had been to other Toyota dealers, and did not feel confident with the knowledge of the salespeople or the advice being given. When we went to Regency, we were immediately treated with respect, our questions were addressed fully and directly, and they responded quickly to our needs. The team works together - it is not about one person monopolizing, but rather the group working in tandem for the best results for the client. Very impressive.
