This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle!
I could have sent this right after picking up the 2007 RAV4, but decided to wait until we put some kilometres on it. It is now three weeks and 2000 kms since I drove the car off your lot. Every kilometre reinforcing our decision to purchase it. Every kilometre confirming how it was presented to me by your team. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am 72 and mostly purchased new, yet no previous experience matches the service I received from JC, Fred, Danny, Ivan, Nisha and others. From initial contact with JC and the conversations that followed topped off by driving off and noticing the fuel tank was full created an experience that I will not forget. Simply remarkable. The oldest car I have purchased in over 20 years, the least expensive car I have purchased in over 20 years. The best service I have ever received was buying a 16 year old RAV4 from Regency Toyota Vancouver. Thinking back to “the” day continues to bring a smile, as does driving the car. Thank you!

I had been searching for a used car for a few weeks, pretty disheartened by the whole scene and despairing of finding a good car that I could afford without a lot of hidden problems when I called Regency Toyota and Kiah picked up the phone. I was immediately disarmed by her bright, forthright manner as I asked my list of questions regarding a used vehicle there. When I arrived to test drive the car I was even more delighted to discover that the GM was also a woman, and they had two other women on staff in the finance department. Billy and Jamie were also super friendly and helpful, but honestly it was the presence of women on staff and my interactions with Kiah that set me completely at ease. The industry in general seems to be lagging behind the wider culture in terms of women’s participation so I admire these individuals for forging ahead and I imagine it to be a competitive advantage as well for the company. After weeks of dealing with too many shady situations I was uplifted by my experience at Regency. Thanks to everyone there! I’m super happy with my new car!
One of the best new car buying experiences I've had!
One of the best new car buying experiences I've had. Recently took possession of a 2023 GR86 from Regency. From the first contact with the team confirming the specification of the car and placing my deposit, to the communication throughout and the delivery experience – everything was amazing. Being a car enthusiast, I really valued everyone's enthusiasm and care. Izzam, Susan and especially Levi extended thoughtful service at each stage, answered all my questions – and when the time finally came to collect the car, Levi even personally went to collect it from its PDI at their service centre, to the showroom for my arrival. I also really appreciated the fact that Regency takes an active and philanthropic role in the community here in Vancouver and that a donation was made on my behalf to a worthy charity. Bonus points for Reggie the panda (also pictured), as my youngest son loves pandas dearly. I've already recommended Regency to close friends, and wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.
