I feel incredibly fortunate that on the day that I called, Regency Toyota happened to have the car I had decided upon after extensive research.
I also feel incredibly grateful for the exceptional experience I had at the dealership from the beginning to the end of the process. I was very impressed with every person I encountered, in person, on the phone and via email.
Their price for the car was perfectly in line with their competitors and even better in one case.
Each of the people who assisted me were maintaining the highest standard I always look for in professionals. Kiah as salesperson, Nisha in finance, Fred as manager and Levi as teacher extraordinaire (many new features to learn) were all very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and unpretentious. They were all accommodating, good-natured and conscientious - obviously aiming to give the best experience possible.
