We went to Regency Vancouver for trade in. The team was fantastic from the reception, sales to vehicle transfer and insurance. We sold our used vehicle and got home a great used vehicle in only 2 hours. Mehrad and his manager, Fred helped us through the selling/buying process. He is professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly exactly the service we were seeking. At no time did we feel under pressure and we were happy and confident to purchase from Mehrad and Fred. We were welcome to view complete vehicle records, ask questions, and take the time we needed to make the right choice.
