I am really happy and lucky to meet the staff of Regency

We bought a car at Regency Toyota Vancouver yesterday and we are very happy with their service. All the procedures, including car viewing, test driving, bargaining, formalities, new car explanation are very good. In particular, Peggy, the employee, was very kind and professional and patiently explained a lot of information about the car to me. Even when she was off, she was always quick to respond to my questions. And their manager, Kam, gave us the greatest help and care. And Billy, their manager, helped us find the loan we most wanted, which helped us save money. All in all, everyone we met during the whole car purchase was very nice. For this reason, I have had my cars returned from other dealerships because they didn't do a good job of customer tracking. I am really happy and lucky to meet the staff of Regency. Thank you.
