Excellent customer service right from the start!

Just purchased a 2021 Toyota Venza from Regency Toyota Vancouver. Looked around at different hybrid SUV models and visited many other dealerships over our weeklong search. We landed here at Regency with the choice to place a factory order for the package options and color that exactly met our wants and wishes. The final delivery took a wee bit longer than anticipated (due to a high global demand for the redesigned Venza), but our sales agent, Levi, was awesome to deal with all the way through the process. He provided excellent customer service right from the start, was friendly, attentive, professional, and very responsive with communications. The sales manager, who I believe is Kam, was excellent too. He offered us a great trade in value on our 2004 Prius, much more than other dealership had quoted us. Overall, we could not be more satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this dealership for anyone thinking to purchase a new vehicle. Furthermore, we owned our Prius for 17 years wherein the service and maintenance was always performed by Regency. They never disappointed and we will certainly continue to take the new Venza to Regency for our routine service calls.
